Good benefit and package overall
It is really sad that they do not offer maternity/paternity leave, especially considering they are medical device company and the CEO seems to care so much about family values. At least 2 weeks of paid maternity won't cost the company a lot, but would make such a difference to a new parent(esp the mother). One can only hope this changes in future, maybe when there are more women in Upper management. There is no hope that Federal/State laws are going to change, but one can only hope progressive leaders like Joe make the change and set precedence. In general, very sub par benefit package, compares to a small startup company minus the chance of making millions.
3 wks of vacation per year with 5 sick days and 5 health days that can be taken in 2 hour increments
Just average benefits package. I've had better.
Great benefits on with health center
Eight paid Holiday &Five Sick Days.
No tuition reimbursement or formal career development programs
The best thing about the Masimo benefits package is
Benefits continued to go downhill over the duration of my employment
