They tell you that you have 3 weeks vacation but every year there is a 1 week shutdown that is taken out of your vacation time.
Best thing is the level of coverage we get for the price, the employer pays a big percentage of the insurance premium. Lots of choices of coverage levels as well. Great health incentives too.

It is really sad that they do not offer maternity/paternity leave, especially considering they are medical device company and the CEO seems to care so much about family values. At least 2 weeks of paid maternity won't cost the company a lot, but would make such a difference to a new parent(esp the mother). One can only hope this changes in future, maybe when there are more women in Upper management. There is no hope that Federal/State laws are going to change, but one can only hope progressive leaders like Joe make the change and set precedence. In general, very sub par benefit package, compares to a small startup company minus the chance of making millions.
