For a medical company, you would think they have a great medical package. They don't. And vacation time, forget it. You gave the time but to actually get approved for more than 1 day off at a time? Good luck
401k plan is 50% of the first 6% contributed (effectively 3% of salary if you max it out) which vests over a five year period. Many options for health insurance, HSA plan is the cheapest. Vision, dental, life insurance included. New building has on-site nurse facility with tele-medicine doctor appointments for employees, which is pretty cool.
only offer cigna, and it is pretty pricey

401k, 3 week vacation, medical, dental and vision. The good thing is they have everything, the thing I don't like is that the changes they made during the last several years didn't make it better.
This company goes above and beyond to care for it's employees ... At least that is the culture I have realized over the time I have been working here.
