A 401(k) plan is available for MassMutual employees.
The 401K plan uses funds managed by Oppenheimer, Babson, and an associated "in house" team. With that being said, this means, unlike a company that picks and chooses the funds from a wide pool, one's choices are limited to the "in house" selection. This is more of a con than a pro.
They give a competitive match of 5 percent. The are decent funds to choose from.
6 % matching on your contribution
minimal for what a company should offer
No match until you hit 70000 fyc

You are not vested in the beginning, they will charge you to get your money out of the plan when you leave.
Great 11% company match, but high plan management fees.
5% match for a lot of years. Not sure how long that may last in the current economic climate.
Company matching. Lots of options and a web portal so you can easily make changes and check your summary.
