Health insurance, company match 401k, pension, group life, group disability
Benefits are not overly expensive, it's all high deductible health plan.
401k match was good. only a high deductible health plan was available however which was a negative.
401(k) plan provides good company match percentage and time off combines both vacation and sick into one basket as personal leave.
Best: 11% 401k Company match Worst: High-deductible health insurance.
Only perk is that you set your own vacation time. They do have retirement plans and a health plan, but it is expensive and offer no help with the payments.
3 week paid parental leave in addition to generous paid time off
Great 401k and health benefits
There are very few companies I can think of, where you start your career with 17 days of vacation plus 6 days of sick leave. If you have to go out for a long term illness or recover from surgery you can take advantage of an excellent short term disability program that pays your full salary while you're out. Most of the benefits options available are truly excellent and attractive, especially for top echelon talent. However, the high deductible health care plan that's offered is the worst! That said, it's not the company's fault. When the Affordable Care Act was passed, MassMutual was pretty much forced to adopt the ACA model. The monthly rates are uber affordable, but the deductibles are pretty high. Flip the coin over and you'll see that the company also offers a ton of financial incentives to live healthy and live well, putting hard dollars in your HSA (Health Care Savings Account) for your participation. Overall, the days of the $10 copay are long gone. Some of these benefits are attractive and some others not quite so much.
PTO-Generous Health Insurance- Expensive and Deductibles so high it's like not having any.
