The best thing is the 401K and Pension, Worst is Healthcare Choices.
Pension fund and 401K matching are good. But very high health care deductible plan - $7k for family. Not a lot of choices. So we tend to just ignore seeing the doctor and getting tests done unless it's life or death.
Company trips, good health and dental insurance plus great retirement plans.

They offer their own products as the benefits package, and they have very good financial products.
The benefits package with MassMutual is average and in line with the norms of the industry. MassMutual however does offer a pension plan for employees which is pretty rare. Free lunch on occasion during "lunch and learn" sessions.
Best: Cigna Health Insurance ; Worst: bonuses are provided in pools to each department and then graded on a curve within that department. This can create perverse incentives for high quality employees to migrate out of a very highly functioning team because they may still be at the bottom of the curve within that given department.
I loved the benefits package. I was given 3 weeks vacation my first year and a 401 k with 5 percent match and health insurance. I was also given 10 paid holidays.
