401K great healthcare package
Top-notch benefits packages available. Could do slightly better on dental and vision
Vacation time is limited but it is offset somewhat by a large amount of holidays. Health insurance selections were good.
No company perks, no MBTA discount when we work with the T, health insurance was bad, the 401K we had was the Smart Plan with no match, vacation and time off is accumulated.
health insurance, vacation days, health and dental insurance and retirement.
No choices, you get only what they want to offer.
Never really knew what I actually had because there was such bad communication. Would call HR and they would return a call weeks later saying they would send info out but never did. Took then a year and a half to update my address after I relocated.
As an intern there is not much offered in terms of paid benefits. They are very flexible with your schedule if you need time off, you just do not get paid for those days. Sick time is available and can be used as needed. There is also a mandatory government retirement, but the money can be withdrawn upon leaving the position.
Best is ability to get undergraduate degree paid by state Worst - health insurance is poor
the pension did not grow your investment so you are locked into the retirement program.
