They don’t do 401k plan matching and health benefits are very expensive which I never wanted to opt for. I don’t like it.
The company would not listen. As contractors for Corning if Corning was off for holidays we did not get paid. This makes it hard to get by working pay check to pay check. Working as salaried you get paid much less per hour just because they give you a few days off
They are the standard run of the mill staffing agency. Good place to learn. They dont offer any formal training. It is on the job training.
