Employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following their start date.
Benefits premiums are 100% covered, although it is an HDLP plan.
The high deductible is too high.
Paid premiums. Would be nice to have a lower deductable.

They provide a benefit allowance to distribute amongst their monetary benefits, like dental or health. The program is enough to pay for all health, although there is still an expensive deductible. But the net is less than many other companies. Just gotta do the math to see that. :)
