Worst thing is that they aren't what they used to be. There used to be a 267% match years ago and a healthy pension program. Having said that, the benefits are still better than most. Healthcare plans, dental, and vision are really solid. Mastercard has been covering mental health expenses as in-network during COVID which has been huge. 10% match on first 6% saved into 401k is amazing. There is a new deferred compensation program within the past couple of years. They are even surveying the workforce to ensure they have the right mix of benefits, gauging interest in home office stipends and other physical or mental health benefits.
