It has all of them. Good health benefits, nurse on staff, generous 401K match, good time off with vacation, sick, holidays and personal days, ability to work from home.

The company now offers a competitive match for 401k. But the health insurance coverage is still expensive. Has a gym and in house cafeteria which is convenient.
