Benefits are great when it comes to insurance. 401k is insane, matches 125%. Cons are maternity and paternity leave. They are not 12 weeks like other employers. Also, childcare reimbursement is pretty low.

very expensive health benefits, high deductibles, but open to everyone, very robust paternity and maternity leave packages, no lack of programs made available

The best thing is that the Workday app makes it very easy to manage your benefits and vacation calendar on the web or on your mobile.

Great PTO, including personal, vacation and sick days, and includes other positive benefits like 401k matching, tuition reimbursement, and several other benefits. The health insurance is in keeping with the industry, and since Obamacare that has been directed toward HSA and high deductible plans. Mastercard has to be in compliance and so it comes as not surprise that the focus has shifted.
