Good vacation time. Good health insurance. Some people wish they could work from home more than 3 days a year; I personally enjoy the absence of work-from-home, as I can focus more in the office.

The benefits are very comprehensive. I have peace of mind knowing that I am covered. Working here comes with a lot of local perks as well.

End of your match to 401K. 100% match to company contributions through the year, effectively doubling the company contribution.

I was an intern so there were no benefits offered, just the hourly pay. Still a great place to intern at

Insurance coverage is ok. Paternity leave is too short, just 5 days which was very very terrible.
