Best - Health Care insurance Worst - No work from home policy
No benefits, Low compensation, under paid jobs
Excellent benefits package. Example: my wife and I have had 3 children since I have been employed here and every time it was seamless and cost effective - I didn't have to worry about going back and forth with the insurance company... stress free!
Fully covered medical insurance worked out very well for me
Great benefits. Great place to work. Not the best work at home policy. I wish they had a sabbatical.
Good benefits overall. 3% of 401 contributions are guaranteed, the other 3% is given at the end of the year (but has never not been given).
401k Health insurance Over time Competitive salary Pros Work never stop Cons Good environmental work place Every one will like it
Worst - Maternity leave is only 6 weeks paid! Very low compared to other tech companies of the same caliber.
Good perks overall. 401k match is 6% but only 3% is guaranteed and provided throughout the year. The remaining 3% is given at the end of the year.
CONS: 1. Very poor 401k matching (they only match 50% of your first 6%) . 2. Health insurance is geared toward single and very young people whom usually don't care about health issues. As a result a real choice will be very high in cost. 3. No policy of working from home. You are required to come to work, even if you job doesn't require you to be at the office. Developers beware, no working from home policy
