The best thing about the benefits package is its overall resourcefulness and readiness in presenting said benefits to its employees.
Schedule is flexible but benefits-wise, only sick hours and random bonuses, no holiday bonuses (no holiday pay since center is closed during the holidays), no medical, dental, vision, or accident insurance, no 401k, breaks are not managed properly nor overtime pay is not properly paid
The best thing about the package are the sick days! For a part time job, I wouldn't think these would ever be considered, but for every 40 hours of work put in, we earn one hour of sick pay, so I'd say that is the best aspect.
Mathnasium does not offer any benefits
Working as a tutor at Mathnasium helped me establish my passion for teaching and helped me develop foundational skills. But there is no benefit
No benefits per se... but my contract allowed a small raise every 6 months. Management was very understanding with my schedule I was able to get any day off with proper heads up.
There are no benefit packages,
No idea about health insurance or 401k, but we were allowed time off and work hours were flexible, especially in the summer. We got a 20% discount at the pizza place next door (I'm not sure if that counts).
There is no benefits package for tutors as they are all part-time employees.
There were no benefits outside of an hourly wage because it was a tutoring job. The tutoring schedule was posted two weeks at a time. I chose 4 stars because I was forced to chose some stars
