The best thing about the benefits package is its overall resourcefulness and readiness in presenting said benefits to its employees.

No idea about health insurance or 401k, but we were allowed time off and work hours were flexible, especially in the summer. We got a 20% discount at the pizza place next door (I'm not sure if that counts).

There is no benefits package for tutors as they are all part-time employees.

There were no benefits outside of an hourly wage because it was a tutoring job. The tutoring schedule was posted two weeks at a time. I chose 4 stars because I was forced to chose some stars

The biggest benefit is the flexibility of being able to take time off. There are no included insurance plans that I’m aware of.

The hours are really flexible, and I am not sure about the 401 because I was under 18 when I worked there. You do get some bonus sometimes. Don't expect too much

Well to be fair this is in fact a part time job, so if one is expecting benefits, they might want to look elsewhere. Still a great part time job that I enjoyed.

It's a part time gig, so if one is expecting benefits they'll be extremely difficult to come by I can imagine.
