The best thing about the benefits package is its overall resourcefulness and readiness in presenting said benefits to its employees.
No idea about health insurance or 401k, but we were allowed time off and work hours were flexible, especially in the summer. We got a 20% discount at the pizza place next door (I'm not sure if that counts).
There is no benefits package for tutors as they are all part-time employees.
There were no benefits outside of an hourly wage because it was a tutoring job. The tutoring schedule was posted two weeks at a time. I chose 4 stars because I was forced to chose some stars
not really a bad thing , it is a small business so not much room to offer benefits

Well to be fair this is in fact a part time job, so if one is expecting benefits, they might want to look elsewhere. Still a great part time job that I enjoyed.
It's a part time gig, so if one is expecting benefits they'll be extremely difficult to come by I can imagine.
part time workers receive no significant benefits
