Match 401k, pension, 4 1/2 days work per week. flexible working hour, work from home if need and medical plan.
Best is the unlimited vacation. Worst is the Health Insurance 80% cover
Mattel has very generous benefits covering all areas that you would expect from a Family Friendly Corporation of its size. Standout perks are year round half day Fridays, flex-time and working from home.
Off at 1pm on Fridays!! Not sure if it's the same.
Time off and half day fridays
For contracted workers you are offered an emergency care only plan with a discount card for pharmaceuticals. It’s really an awful plan. Paid for through a deduction on your paycheck and is an opt in program. Did not suit my needs so I paid for my own plan through the Covered California marketplace. May be beneficial to someone much younger and needs an option to have low cost coverage that avoids California’s mandates.
Good benefits, can work from home once a week.
Health plans are good, and half day Fridays is amazing!
Half day Fridays were amazing, gym , daycare, cafeteria, pumping room for mothers! However, not flexible for working at home or part-time.
On-site Bright Horizons daycare, on-site gym with classes, on-site dry cleaning.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
