I can't think of anything specific pro or con at this time. It was just sort of basic retail stuff. Nothing special compared to other retail companies.
Vacation time is great and your receive a good amount of choice time to use for sick pay, however it is almost impossible to call out for being sick because of shift coverage.

Very expensive medial insurance and eye insurance is best you pay out of pocket unless you have serious eye issues. In that case most will consider that to be medical expenses.
