“All the options I need at a reasonable price.”
“Every day!! Amazing stocked kitchens...soda, yogurt, kumbucha, you name it”
“Plenty of PTO to maintain a work-life balance.”
Three weeks paid vacation. Access to an on site gym. Nespresso machine.
Good benefits package overall, but resistant to offering any type of 401k match.
Mavenlink puts Mavens (employees) first...free lunches, free fitness classes, reimbursement for fitness equipment, Paid Parental Leave, unlimited snacks, volunteer time off
Lunch everyday and month end breakfast! Other benefits like maternity leave and 401k could be better
Full benefits package in alignment with industry standards, plus some fun daily perks that really amount to much more value than you may first think.
Minimum-average benefits are available at Mavenlink. No 401k match or profit sharing. Sick/Vacation merged into PTO and is on the lower end of average. Employees share healthcare costs, which are about average. However, free catered lunch daily creates a positive environment and flexibility to WFH helps with work/life balance.
There are basic benefits to help you survive. But no investment in your future aka ..No 401k. No equity. No maternity leave.
Best: - Hours - Flexibility - WFH Worst: - Insurance benefits are fine, but not particularly competitive in their coverage and cost - No 401k matching - Very stingy with offering stock options - PTO starts low for the industry, but you get more the longer you are there - Basically no budget for social events or team activities
Worse is the stock options compensation as well as the HSA PPO insurance. Best is the flexibility of WFH.
Mavenlink used to offer Kaiser. This year it was dropped :(
