Three weeks paid vacation. Access to an on site gym. Nespresso machine.
There are basic benefits to help you survive. But no investment in your future aka ..No 401k. No equity. No maternity leave.
Best: - Hours - Flexibility - WFH Worst: - Insurance benefits are fine, but not particularly competitive in their coverage and cost - No 401k matching - Very stingy with offering stock options - PTO starts low for the industry, but you get more the longer you are there - Basically no budget for social events or team activities
Worse is the stock options compensation as well as the HSA PPO insurance. Best is the flexibility of WFH.
Mavenlink used to offer Kaiser. This year it was dropped :(
PTO (15 days), 401k, Health coverage.
Good: - Dog Friendly - Snacks - Game nights - Lots of educational talks given by team members - 401k - Good benefits plan - Free lunch once a week The Bad: - Non-competitive PTO for San Francisco - Low salaries for San Francisco - Barely any equity given - No 401k matching - Benefits plan is out of pocket, which is not normal in San Francisco
Industry standards for most of the benefits. The PTO and 401k plans were fine, the snacks and free lunches were good.
No matching 401K. Good health & Dental
Health insurance is very good. Good options and good plans, reasonable cost. Worst is non-competitive PTO offering.
