Flexible vacation and good sick off support
Some flexibility, but not much better in sum total than most other companies from what I've heard.
You get a lot of vacation but, you won't have time to use it or, be able to sale it.
Used to be a superior time-off policy with only 2 holidays and all other time open for your choice. In 2008 the flex time seniority changed. In 2014 the number of paid holidays jumped up and the flex time was reduced by an equal amount, the cap was also reduced by a week (40 hours). Since about 2008 Maxim has forced employees to take 1 week off in the December - January time frame while the company goes into shutdown. This is thus not "vacation" time.
