Good insurance. Paid vacation. Eligible for benefits from the start of employment. 401k with company match.

They won't let you have benefits with mansions until you work an average of 32 a week. With the way they flip flop your hours, they make it impossible to happen.

They do offer benefits, however zero paid time off. No holidays, no vacation, no sick time.
