They have changed the training to be all computerized where you complete videos and tests. Training used to be more hands on
It’s fast and efficient easy to learn simple system
I was trained well and was able to train people the way I trained them. Although, once trained and moved into the same position they wouldn't train the same way. Newer employees could get easily confused if they aren't with the same trainer every time.
The training was probably the best part of it. Trainers were very detailed and gave us about two weeks to really get adjusted to it. Paid attention to people and were very supportive.
My gm was bad with my training. It was unorganized and she was annoyed every time I couldn't do some thing. She yelled and talked to me like I was stupid.
As a Trainer I trained new staff well and our store shined because of it. However, when i started i recieved no training. Another important factor to consider is that some trainers get stuck on lines and cannot do their jobs training wise.
Training took about two days to learn the POS system and daily duties. It was all really simple.
I was trained thoroughly, they had different equipment to help do my job more efficiently
I think the training was fine. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
The training was for 5 weeks in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The training was 6 days a week for a minimum of 50 hours/week. The city was small with not a lot to do when you actually had free time. The per diem for food was only $15 so most meals were fast food.
