StarStarStarStarStar Former Shift Leader/Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio

I was trained well and was able to train people the way I trained them. Although, once trained and moved into the same position they wouldn't train the same way. Newer employees could get easily confused if they aren't with the same trainer every time.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Lafayette, Indiana

The training was probably the best part of it. Trainers were very detailed and gave us about two weeks to really get adjusted to it. Paid attention to people and were very supportive.

My gm was bad with my training. It was unorganized and she was annoyed every time I couldn't do some thing. She yelled and talked to me like I was stupid.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Front of House Trainer in San Antonio, Texas

As a Trainer I trained new staff well and our store shined because of it. However, when i started i recieved no training. Another important factor to consider is that some trainers get stuck on lines and cannot do their jobs training wise.

  • Nov 14, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Manager in Naperville, Illinois

The training was for 5 weeks in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The training was 6 days a week for a minimum of 50 hours/week. The city was small with not a lot to do when you actually had free time. The per diem for food was only $15 so most meals were fast food.
