Great health insurance, 401k contribution, and ESOP
Medical Insurance is the best feature in the benefits package.
McCarthy's benefits are great - they contribute a total of 6% to your 401k after 1 year of service (50% match of your first 6% contribution, plus a 3% additional company contribution). The ESOP is used to leverage a lower base salary, but is ultimately worth it in combination with yearly bonuses. McCarthy also offers a great health/wellness program, including contributions to an HSA with the high deductible health insurance and discounts on insurance premiums when you participate in preventive wellness.
It's an employee owned company which means you get stocks, bigger bonuses, and more of a say in the company.
The benefits that McCarthy has to offer are great. The ESOP sound like it's worth it as well as your 401K
