They have an awesome package for health and wellness. The best thing is their Vitality Program - they have a whole team dedicated to promoting mental/physical wellness. Clearly the ESOP is a huge catch here and contributes $$$ to your retirement.
McCarthy offers a complete total compensation package including comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits, 401k and an impressive employee Wellness program. McCarthy also offers employee ownership stock options to full time employees.

Great health insurance, 401k contribution, and ESOP
McCarthy's benefits are great - they contribute a total of 6% to your 401k after 1 year of service (50% match of your first 6% contribution, plus a 3% additional company contribution). The ESOP is used to leverage a lower base salary, but is ultimately worth it in combination with yearly bonuses. McCarthy also offers a great health/wellness program, including contributions to an HSA with the high deductible health insurance and discounts on insurance premiums when you participate in preventive wellness.
Medical Insurance is the best feature in the benefits package.
It's an employee owned company which means you get stocks, bigger bonuses, and more of a say in the company.
