Exempt employees have employer-sponsored $50k life insurance policy; non-exempt $25k. 401k matching 50% of contributions up to $1000. Health insurance is affordable... if it's just you (typically $125-$150/mo). Many employees with families are paying $800-$1000 a month for insurance.
The premiums are incredibly high with very minimum coverage. You also won't accumulate enough vacation time to ever use your insurance as they offer no sick days and no flex hours either.
lots of options; lots of add-on's available. cost is reasonable and the longer you are with the company the more they pay so as you age the benefits don't just keep getting more expensive. They are constantly reviewing and improving.
Health insurance is way too expensive, everything else is ok...
Health benefits were pretty good.
I felt they just have the standard medical. It would be nice if this was included as part of the pay. Orca cards would be nice as well.
very expensive for what you got coverage for how ever they did offer a very good life insurance
Health insurance package comes with counseling line you can call and they will give you three free sessions. You might end up needing it if you work here long enough. Retirement plan has few options and high penalties.
At least they have one? The medical benefits are awful, minimal dental insurance, they don't pay for your parking or bus passes
