    6 Weeks paid paternity leave for men was a recent additional benefit. Maternity leave for women I believe is 90 days.

    I'm confused by people who say they are please by the maternity leave. McCormick gives one week of paid parental leave - same for mothers and fathers. For subsequent maternity leave, women have to go into their short term disability plans where they are only paid 50% of their salaries for the remaining 11 weeks.
