good benefits, standard 401k matching, increasing willingness to allow employees to work remotely, no longer offer a pension (once did), recently added paternity leave, summer Fridays
McCormick paid for my housing during my internship.
The benefits package offers something for everyone. They are excellent choices at a reasonable price. I had full coverage and an HSA package where they contributed up to $1500 per year.
Best benefit is vacation - week between Christmas and New Year's off!!!
I am not aware of any benefits package at all. I was never offered anything in the time that I was there.
Good pay, decent insurance. If you started prior to 2012 you have defined pension retirement, if later you have good profit sharing and company paid 401k match.
Full relocation; Summer Fridays; Offices closed week of Christmas thru New Years. Availability to sample food 2x's a day from test kitchen. Employee store discount on products.
401k matching is OK but not amazing, the vacation and sick day program is nice and the longer you stay the more days you get
Overtime every week can be a pro or con.
The best about McCormick's benefit packet is ...well...everything.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
