14 days paid vacation, 8 days paid sick, 10 paid holiday's, 401-k match, annual bonus eligibility, health/dental/vision, tuition reimbursement after a year.
401k does not offer match making
Great Healthcare and 401k match.
PTO is not the best in our U.S. locations compared to our other locations like Canada or Europe. We get 14 days for the first 1-5 years and then 17 days after 5+years. We don't get many holidays (only President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) but I guess it's nice that we get the week off between Christmas and New Years. We get 6 weeks of paid maternity leave and then the rest is covered by short term disability leave.
McCormick offers a wide spectrum of benefits and assistance programs for employees. One in particular is access to IVF support. This included consultation, support and coverage for procedures that allowed us to grow our family.
Great benefits, HR is very helpful.
