“6 Weeks paid paternity leave for men was a recent additional benefit. Maternity leave for women I believe is 90 days.”
“The variety of choices offers something reasonable for every employee.”
“standard 401k matching, offer a nice selection of mutual funds to choose from,”
Generous amount of PTO/sick leave and they usually close the company from Christmas Day to New Years Day.
Excellent 401k and company match, Cigna health care with three options, comparable vacation and sick benefits with other area employers. All Federal programs (FMLA, etc) as well.
Good benefits in general. Salary is good and bonus is excellent.
401k Match, Vacation, Maternity & Paternity Leave
401k Matching is nice, but they've recently eliminated the MKC pension and tried to explain that an additional 1% match in 401k was comparable to the pension plan. It's not.
Leadership looks at options for new benefits, but also has an eye on overall savings for the company which can result in less optimal benefits for employees
good benefits, standard 401k matching, increasing willingness to allow employees to work remotely, no longer offer a pension (once did), recently added paternity leave, summer Fridays
HDP plan has a VERY high annual deduction cap.
McCormick paid for my housing during my internship.
The benefits package offers something for everyone. They are excellent choices at a reasonable price. I had full coverage and an HSA package where they contributed up to $1500 per year.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
