“They do offer an extensive training program, but it’s quite boring and often misses hands on training. ”
This is a test so testing
Overall, it is pretty good.
Only if your full time you might receive some benefits.
there aren’t really any benefits
Not much benefits, company has gone downhill after Landry's bought them out.
I love it love working there
No Health Insurance or benefits
Heath insurance options were limited. Pretty much full coverage or nothing. Full medical, dental and vision were not cheap. Single person non-smoker roughly $400/month. Co-pays and deductibles were not low either. Vacation time depended on how long you were there but was difficult to take when you wanted because there was always shortage of staff and/or events going on. However, you could "request days off" and have them count as your two days off during the week making more vacation time available. I feel like they compensate with salary to make up for the expensive benefits and quality of life.
Employees pay into a discount program available at most Landry’s restaurants. 401k options available. Vacation time available after only 6months from hire date. Additional vacation time every couple years. Health Care benefits offered through the company
Nothing special was offered to lower level employees
