Insurance is great coverage, but pricey when compared to my spouse's employer. There's a penalty for your spouse to be on the insurance package if he/she is able to purchase insurance from his/her employer. This is ridiculous. Do what's best for your employees, and stop making it feel like you care only SO FAR...
The cost of the insurance through McDonalds is reasonable but the deductable is very high.
The health insurance was overpriced.
Good health insurance and dental
Package explains the ins and outs, usually receive it after a year of working r when you're hired on as a manager
I didn't sign up for it because it cost too much and wasn't worth it plus it's for people that want to make a career out of that job and retire there which I don't want to do.
The basics medical and dental insurance.
Best, they at least offer insurance. Worst, no insurance for families, just individuals.
Just signed up for health & dental. Wish vision was also available
McDonald's offers one of the best health insurance plans possible for the area I live in
