I didn't sign up for it because it cost too much and wasn't worth it plus it's for people that want to make a career out of that job and retire there which I don't want to do.

The health insurance is too expensive. Most employees make 7.5 an hour working 20 hours a week. They can't afford health insurance that is so high.
