Health insurance including spouse and children. Long service rewards. Paid leave after every five years of service for a few months. Holidays slightly lower than average.

There were no benefits. It was difficult enough to book time off for a holiday. Hours could be flexible if needed. If management liked you it was no problem. More difficult if you weren't one of the clique. Employee discount was fine enough. When I first started crew were given free meals. By the time I was leaving (5 years later) they didn't even want us to have free drinks.
