Not bad as a start job.
Depends on employment but is standard for corporate.
The on the job training were world class you have procedures for every task you do that is not in the typical or straightforward. Additional training off site for management.
When I first started the training was kinda garbage, but I think it's really improved. It honestly just depends on people's personalities
Great at making sure you are comfortable before working alone.
Only learned so much from the training, much is learned on the job.
good benefit package overall, there is decent hourly pay, insurance benefits, retirement plan options, paid leave/sick
When it was my first day I didn’t really get training I got training for like a couple hours and then I was left on my own
Job training at McDonalds is decent when it comes to serving costumers the food they love and making sure my staff is okay when prepping food during this quarantined epidemic.
Total benefits package is one of the best; the only gap is in the health care plans. Everything else was exceptional!
