I had to watch training videos online which was not that helpful but they did have someone with me for one day to teach me the basics and stuff.
Job training was about 10% using a computer based program and 5% booklets and signs. The rest of the training was learning as you go.
Job training was very simple. First couple of hours you started doing online assessments. Afterwards, you would be on the floor learning how to take orders.
One free meal per shift worked.
Sometimes all you get is the training video to watch after that you either get put with a employee or your on your own
Good people who truly love the brand. Most are very supportive during the training process. Beware of the few that look at you as completion standing in their way as oppose to team mate.
Whenever working for mcdonalds you receive very little to no job training, they expect you to know everything right off the back and get upset with you whenever you fall behind. Will never work here again!
Learned a lot of tips about working at McDonalds.
The job training at McDonald's is for the most part done on the job. It is mostly the employees teaching and learning from each other in order to make the work environment an easier place to work in.
