When everyone want to know all your business
The video for training is outdated usually but great.
Training program is in need of an overhaul
There was nothing to remarkable about the training. I went to an office and spent 3 hours watching videos on company culture.
You will most likely shadow people in the position you are assigned to for a few days before being expected to do it on your own. Management may ask your mentors of your progress, but this is no guarantee as some have mentioned. You may be thrown to the wolves and have to do your best after 1 training session.
Some of the pros of job training is their not just going to let anyone train you , but some one who is experienced and listed in the category of doing their best to get the job done. The con i would say would have to be no tutorial videos i was pretty much just thrown right it . However, because of my prior restaurant experience it wasn't much of a big deal . But to someone who doesn't have the knowledge it could be rough if they are just starting their first job and work activity increases .
The Best thing about job training was learning all the different aspects of the restaurant!
Best thing was working with many others my age, and expanding my social skills
No real in store tranning.
I wasn't trained, I had to learn everything on my own, people spoke more of their language than mine
