It was just really long and slow
Very standard training procedure. Told you how to make certain foods, and if you forget how to make something, there is a cheat sheet or you can ask somebody.
You learned everything in a precise manner.
It was a great time
It is limited. You are victim to who is training you. If you have someone who is engaged and likes their job then it is more likely you are trained well.
They kind of go over the top. Everyone does not need people hanging over them after they got it down already.
The first thing there I had a grill manage that had me watch videos on how to make the food. Pretty simple. After a week you will know how to make burgers without thinking
You'll be rushed and they'll expect it to be perfect on your first try.
Nobody really cares about the job training because you just need to use the machines to learn them the best.
Needs work. Five days then you are on your own.
