Was circumstantial based on how long you worked there, the cost of the college or university, or what you would be studying.

the best thing about tuition assistance is its helpful if you want to go back to school and it also included 20 % tuition last time i checked along with a personal laptop for school. some of the cons would be , its only available to certain colleges.

They do help you pay your college tuitions, but it is still not enough. I don't really much about that but i dont like it

Any help with tuition is an amazing offer especially from your employer. McDonald’s believes in furthering your education. They offer tuition assistance and also a burger college if you opt to go into general management for business. It’s not a lot but it does help with book and class fees.

Limited access probably won't get it

StarStarStarStarStar Former Crew Trainer/ Swing Manager in Enfield, Connecticut

I didn't learn about it until the end. I worked there for years. It's not a substantial help but any bit counts.

It is a bit ridiculous you have to be a crew member for over 9 months to maybe be able to qualify for this benefit. There is many crew members that work hard and only have 6 months and have to wait 3 more months to maybe be able to qualify for this benefit.

    Doesn't apply to me
