Flexibility when it comes to high school and college students
Best: new maternity policy is 12 weeks paid; worst: the health insurance is a nightmare to deal with since everything is out sourced. It's also just not very good - employees pay sky high premiums. 401k match is okay, doesn't start for a year out. No flex hours.
It's McDonald's; just your basic paid time off for every 40 hours of work put in and pay.
Flexibility while studying. Management needed some work. Understaffed during rush hours many times.
Regular Employees are offered health insurance but it’s payed for out of each check. Managers get paid vacations and options to purchase stock.
