McDonalds had very few benefits to offer. They are certainly geared towards students but the benefits are very minimal. I was a part time worker but I reviewed all the benefits that were available.

There are no benefits, no paid time off, work on holidays, and varied schedule. Just a job if you want to get.

They do not have any benefits. This is a job for students. I would not recommend to someone who has a family to feed unless you are going for a management position.

No 401k, even for top-level management. Health insurance is not affordable based on salary. Benefits differ by owner (franchisee or corporate owned store). Offer PTO, but it is very restricted. Vacation time is earned after one year of full time employment. Excellent scholarship program and very flexible scheduling.
