    3 weeks vacation. pathetic There is sick time if needed, but generally you're working from home on those sick days because the work demands it.

    It is only a week and it only applies if you work a ridiculous amount of hours in a year.

    The crew is not eligible for this. Management is, however. Once you have worked as a member of Management for one year, you are allowed a 7 day paid vacation. It has to start on a Sunday and end on a Saturday. It cannot be from, for example, a Wednesday to a Tuesday. Oh and if you need the week of July 4th off for any reason, including your birthday or wedding anniversary, think again. You will never have that off.

    Paid time off is okay, but should be a set amount of time instead of depending on the previous years hours. On the plus side, you can opt to take the pay instead of the time off.
