    There is no paternity leave for contract workers

    They do provide paid maternity and paternity leave, however, the amount of paid leave is not amazing (only 3 weeks). You can also use your vacation time to extend this amount of paid leave. In addition to the paid time, MHE will allow 12 additional weeks of unpaid leave (in compliance with FMLA). On a manager basi,s employees can also apply for additional unpaid leave up to six months after they've exhausted their paid leave & FMLA twelve weeks. MHE also offers similar matching for individuals who adopt children. You can continue your health benefits during both paid & unpaid leave with regular contributions.
