“I have good doctors under the plan, so that's good, but the out of pocket costs aren't good.”
“I've been with the company for more than 15 years, so I think the time off is good. You get a day for your birthday in addition to vacation and personal days.”
They offer generous benefits and provide many resource for personal development.
Good work life balance with PTO and vacation days
I very happy with benefits here as a recent graduate
Best: Good amount of PTO Worst: Health, dental and vision insurance could be better
Offer multiple options. Options continue to rise in cost.
Company has a 401K match
Overall it's a decent benefits package. They provide everything, you just pay a good bit in premiums.
401k matching up to 4% is very nice
At the time they only had one option for medical benefits, which was not very good.
very expensive to handle on the family plan
