WFH is really dependent upon your manager's approval. The guidelines say that you can WFH for 1x a week after a few months of service but it's subject to your manager's approval. Most managers understand the need to WFH 1x a week and also are flexible and allow more than 1x a week, but others are old fashioned and it's a battle to get even just the 1x a week.

Most departments only allow you to WFH one day a week. While it's a nice benefit, it would be helpful to be able to use that option more than once a week.

Can be difficult to initiate, and for a "high value startup" this is not a very telecommuting-friendly company, but the benefit can be used.
