I wasn't very please with the medical benefits with respect to deductions, but to keep costs down, the deductible was higher, but the company did contribute a set figure to the HSA for the HSA Plus package.
McKesson now has paternity leave.
The only thing I didn't like about McKesson is that you can't take anytime off until you are a permanent employee which could take months to a year to achieve.
