    Matching 401K contribution up to 5% Good HSA contribution too if you elect for insurance plan type. Fairly good health insurance plans. Participating in corporate wellness program allows you to shed $ off your monthly health insurance premium. Great commuter benefits using pre-tax dollars. Great FSA Dependent care plan. Flexible workfrom home policy as long as you get your sh*t done. A lot of autonomy.

    They offer all kinds of benefits but they are very expensive and if they are not expensive monthly the deductibles are horrible. Individual max is 6000 a year. Nothing is covered but what they have to cover 100% till you meet the first deductible for individual of 3000 then 80 percent then 100 percent after pay 6000 out of pocket
