The best thing about the benefits is that they are affordable
Health insurance available after 90 days with the company. Also a match 401k for retirement and paid vacation of two weeks for those who average over 30 hours for a year.
Worst things are that health benefit costs increased year after year while copays also increased. No sick time. Company pays 50 cents on the dollar for your 401k contributions, which is okay. Not the worst benefits package I've ever seen, but not the pick of the litter.
