8 weeks for fathers. 12 for mothers
Give a lot of time off for paternity and maternity leave. Excellent benefits and support from the office and Firm
It isn't on par with the other places where Mckinsey loses talent towards . It recently increased it from 8 weeks to 12 weeks maternity but even this increase wasn't practically 4 weeks. In return, they took out 2 weeks that you could use before delivering the baby. So it was practically just 2 more weeks increase in maternity leave compared to Google, Facebook where maternity is 16 weeks.
Extraordinarily understand and very accomodating of individual employees needs. The Firm tries to attract talent by being considerate towards one's personal choices, such as when to start a family
Four months with guided program to ramp up after maternity leave
Not best in class, but recently upgraded paternity leave to 2 months and those I know who have taken full advantage of the offer have felt no pressure or impact on career as a result.
10 weeks also for dads!
4 month maternity leave; 2 month paternity leave
4 months paid maternity 8 week paid paternity
Several months of paid leave for both mom and dad and, more unpaid leave available for a year per child
