Health insurance coverage is great
Competitive 401k plan, very comprehensive healthcare offering
Top of the line healthcare and retirement benefits. Non-consulting roles have a lot of flexibility around working from home and virtual working.
Like many other posts, health benefits (medical, vision, dental) go above and beyond any expectations I have. They are highly attractive (and affordable) for those with dependents, and I feel fortunate to have them
Wonderful Benefits and a all around great company!
World class benefits, best in my opinion
Fun annual company events that are held by region. It takes place at a resort somewhere close to the region and all employees including significant others are invites
Incredibly generous health benefits, including dental and vision. I have never come across a plan with better out of network benefits
It really sucks because everything else after McKinsey is a hardcore downgrade lol. But seriously, you can't beat the 100% covered ***GLOBAL*** healthcare coverage that even covers massages. Other benefits like the expensive policy sometimes feels like uh.. a weird blend of insiders-only cornucopia and excessive privilege (of course, in an awesome way).
People is the best thing you will find in McKinsey company and time expended is the worst thing you will find
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
