McKinsey has fantastic benefits. Cadillac health plan with very little out of pocket. Excellent vacation which increases with time at the firm. Company mobile and state of the art laptop. McKinsey pays into your retirement program even if you dont make a contribution yourself. When traveling (which is always for many employees), all meals, transportation, and hotels are covered. There is also tuition assistance, adoption assistance, etc. If you want to leave as a consultant, they will essentially give you paid time off (in addition to vacation) to look for a new job. Life insurance for the employee is also covered. Lots of training and learning opportunities. Too many benefits to name!

Great insurance; salary is good, but annual raises are so low it's very discouraging, holiday bonus is extremely small and does not ever increase, other non-cash perks are abundant & very appreciated.
