Full medical benefits as soon as you become a full time driver. Initially I was told that I would need to wait until I'd been working there for 3 months; however, as soon as I became a full time driver with a route, my benefits started.
The insurance and 401 k
After being hired you you are eligible for benefits after the first sixty days. The company matches your contributions based on tenure up to 1.50 for every dollar you invest.The insurance is very fair when compared to other companies I worked for me and my dependents.
401 k match is probably one of the best in the country. Healthcare packages were affordable and competitive in the market. If it was for the benefits, I would have left this company a long time ago.

401k Match is typically impressive. Medical benefits are reasonable and well controlled. Company recognized holidays are reasonable and time off seems about average.
The health benefits to employees was pretty good. But, adding a spouse was expensive. I've had former employers who's benefits were better for their employees. This is the first employer in 30+ years that required me to work a full year before I received ANY vacation.
