The insurance and 401 k
After being hired you you are eligible for benefits after the first sixty days. The company matches your contributions based on tenure up to 1.50 for every dollar you invest. The insurance is very fair when compared to other companies I worked for me and my dependents.
401 k match is probably one of the best in the country. Healthcare packages were affordable and competitive in the market. If it was for the benefits, I would have left this company a long time ago.
Good overall benefits for their employees
benefits start the day you become a employee
I received 401k benefits even as a intern.
401k Match is typically impressive. Medical benefits are reasonable and well controlled. Company recognized holidays are reasonable and time off seems about average.
The 401k is the best, health insurance is great, the long term disability insurance that they provide is wonderful. I just see no flaws in the benefits package
The health benefits to employees was pretty good. But, adding a spouse was expensive. I've had former employers who's benefits were better for their employees. This is the first employer in 30+ years that required me to work a full year before I received ANY vacation.
Very few options available. The high deductible plan has low bi-weekly payments, but the deductible is too high. The 401k has a nice match (some years up to $ 2 for $1). The 401k needs some better fund options.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
