“Very limited options for NWO providers”
“No paid holidays. No sick bank. 26 hours of PTO to cover EVERYTHING.”
Benefits were very competitive and PTO was generous.
New employees accrue 8 hours of PTO biweekly. PTO must be used for holidays (6 observed).
Limited McLaren Options in NWO.
Great health insurance, PTO days increase with tenure
Not offered, casual position
I am happy with the benefits offered provided by my employer.
Most everything I need is approved by insurance with little cost but had to pay an overwhelming amount of hospital costs when I couldn't make it to a McLaren hospital.
Very reasonable benefits for individual and family
A health care company that doesn't provide paid sick days separate from PTO! McLaren demonstrates a very clear disregard for both its employees and patients by not providing a bank of paid sick time for its employees. Not only that- they don't even provide paid holidays! So what ends up happening is that employees come to work sick and spread their illness to other employees and patients because they don't want to use the precious limited PTO that they are provided. We have to constantly monitor our PTO balance to ensure that we have time available to cover upcoming holidays. And if you think we can take them off unpaid- think again! HR does not approve unpaid leave either! On top of that, they are functioning in the dark ages. There is no work from home policy for staff who are not required to be on site to complete their jobs. We are also forced to enroll in McLaren Health Advantage for our health insurance, if we want it provided. Our admitting hospital in McLaren in Flint. Not very convenient. McLaren has a lot to learn about respect and compassion for its employees.
Health Care was just ok, 401K was great, vision was great
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
