Your PTO accumulated goes towards, holiday, vacation and sick days. The accrual is 6.46 bi weekly effective immediately. I currently get 8 hr bi weekly, however I can't remember when that changed.
Took away full weeks vacation & all paid holidays. Upon retiring no health insurance, how is this possible when hospitals know how huge it is!
They deduct holidays from your time off. I've never heard of such a thing. If you get a job offer negotiate or awe more vacation than you want so this won't affect you.
The PTO accumulates quickly if you dont use it. The longer you have been there, the more you get.
Was told that you are only allowed to take time off if you have enough PTO. If no PTO then you do not get THE DAY OFF
accumulation of PTO is competitive
Over the last 10 years they have taken away about half of the vacation & PTO time. We lost sick days, our birthday, personal days and all Holidays ( including Christmas).
