Great prices on healthcare copays. You have to use PTO for federal holidays because of how the payroll system is set up.
McLeod offers a good benefits package to its employees. The health insurance is good along with 401k
Their was nothing wring with the package. The job worked out great and the package helped for future purposes. The package was good.
There is no benefit package for anyone but full time, 40-50 hours per week, and I hear they're not that great
McLeod is OK and that you have benefits such as work differentials and pay. So that you will make more when you work on a weekend or on the night shift. They also do offer a 401(k). But there is really nothing special about it.You also get a 10% discount in the cafeteria or dine in restaurants with in the hospital.
The benefits package is poor, especially for a hospital system. Little room for coverage at higher cost. Probably better off using a spouse's plan. Many companies in the surrounding area have better plans.
Great coverage for medical and dental
Price can be more competitive
Insurance wasn't as good as you would expect for a hospital.
Comprhensive and competitive program provides flexibility for employees to design their own package based on their personal situation. Great income protection/disability plan paid for full time employees with option to buy up.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
