The benefits are amazing! What's even better is that they're covered 100% by the employer.
The benefits at McMaster are phenomenal. I've never seen another company like it, although I'm sure they exist. Health, vision and dental are completely company funded and really good. There is also a company funded retirement. It was so nice not having to pay for healthcare. I'm paying an arm and leg at my new company (probably very standard rates), and the coverage isn't even as good. I almost wish I wouldn't have left the company just based on benefits. Of course, there are other reasons I chose to leave. But, I can't speak highly enough of the what they offer to their employees.
Unbelievable benefits. Paid health insurance for you & your family, profit sharing, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement for you & your children & nice parties.
The best thing about the benefits package at McMaster-Carr is the company paid health care coverage that covers you, your spouse and dependents at no charge to you.
Company sponsored insurance. They pay for all of our premiums. You're just responsible for co-pays. Great prescription plans too.
100% paid Health insurance, defined benefit retirement plan (basically a pension), life insurance paid by McM, 100% tuition and book reimbursement for any class or degree, gym reimbursement.
The best thing about the benefits package is the tuition reimbursement, the retirement, and the health insurance.
Company pays for insurance, fully funds retirement, and provides college assistance for employees and dependents.
Amazing Health Care, Dental, vision, with Annual Cash profit sharing (usually between 2-4 months of salary) and deferred profit sharing (usually 25% of salary). Same benefits for everyone in management and staff. Socially progressive and lives it in their benefits packages.
Cash profit sharing and fully-covered health insurance
