The PTO plan has changed to a bank of 19 PTO days. This includes personal days, sick days, and vacation time. If you're a person who gets sick often, this isn't ideal since most of your days are eaten up by illness. Previously, there was an honor system for sick days which I appreciated a lot. Other benefits are pretty solid. The tuition benefit keeps many people at the company because free grad school is such a good deal. The healthcare is just fine (United, dental, and VSP vision). Many departments also offer work from home 2 days a week after 6 months. The bonus is also very nice and makes up a good portion of my annual salary. The bonus increases the longer you stay at the company.
They are extremely generous with their benefits. The company will cover you and your family’s insurance premiums, you’re included in a year end CASH profit sharing, as well as a DEFERRED cash profit sharing. They’ll also contribute to your children’s college tuition AND pay for you to go back to school. They’re also GREAT when you go on maternity leave. They’ll supplement your salary so that you receive your full salary during the first 10 weeks.
The benefits are really amazing-- 100% tuition reimbursement for any education (doesn't even need to be related to your job- I have a friend that went to law school at night!). Generous paid parental leave (for men and women), huge year-end bonus and retirement savings. There really isn't a worst thing... I guess that you can't take your dog to work?
The Benefits plan is excellent!
Great benefits package. Just changed to a PTO structure.
Overall the benefits are pretty good, but the handcuffs have to be golden to keep anyone in this terrible place.
Health insurance covers mental health services pretty well!
Amazing profit sharing and retirement. Standard paid time off. Healthcare insurance is good and effective on your first day of employment.
Nothing compares....ANYWHERE. Work hard, get along and you will learn and be well compensated.
When you put all the benefits together such as competitive salary, paid health care, FSA, company contributed pension, generous PTO time, and a yearly bonus it is very hard to find all of that within one company. A+
