They try to have a lot of little extras to motive and keep up enthusiasm
Benefits package is better than most offered in the area. It is usually the main reason people would seek, or keep, a job at the company.
PTO and 401K matching are generous. There is also an annual incentive plan that has both individual and corporate performance components. The vision plan is self-funded and covers hardware only. So, unless you are covered by the medical plan, vision exams are not covered.
Decent benefits, not the best, not the worst.
