better then average Paid Time Off plan but you lose it if not utilized by 12/31 of each year. Unused balances don't carry over to the next year.

I received 22 days vacation when I started with MedAssets. The problem is you really can't take any of your vacation. You have to work even when on vacation.

The amount of time given is good for the level of experience. The bad thing is that the PTO time does not carry over to the next year. If you don't use it you will lose it.

Limited company vacation days. Friday after Thanksgiving isn't a holiday.

Since I have been here so long I actually get a decent about of time off. All vacation/sick is in one bucket and it is use it or lose it. It's hard to plan to use it all when you have to potentially save some for sick time. Also, just plain hard to get PTO scheduled and actually not have to work at all during it.

Good amount of PTO. 17 days year 1-3, 22 days year 4-5 and 27 days once you reach 6+ years. Con, PTO days do not roll over.
