Very good benefits package no complaints
MedAssist has great medical benefits and overall insurance has good options that is provided to employees across all levels.
Health insurance, 401K, vacation, sick pay, personal days and floating holiday.
Medical insurance is expensive, there is no tuition reimbursement, and you have to be with the company 6 months to get sick/vacation leave.
There is no pto for part time employee. So for ppl that work weekends of we want to spend time with the family and take a day off we lose pay and also hard for find people to cover your shift
The best was that you got paid time off for vacation, sick and personal days.
The medical insurance was actually really good for this area. But you were pretty much required to work every single holiday (which you did get holiday pay for) so say goodbye to family holidays.
