The benefits package was very expensive and no options to choose from, pretty much you get what we have.

High cost for family medical package it is over 500.00 a month and out of the world deductibles. Can be seen in the urgent care for no additional cost. PTO is terrible
Med express offers great insurance they offer vision, dental and medical. For Full time employees they offer Paid Time off. Unfortunately they only offer these for full time employees and it is hard to get a full time position without waiting. They offer a 401 K for all employees though.
High priced and little to no PTO, but can be seen at any ME location for free.

PTO is only 3 days/year so if you want to take time off you have to cram shifts together sometime 4-5 12 hour shifts in a row. This is one of the reasons I left. I would recommend giving full time employees 6-7 PTO hrs biweekly depending on hours worked if they want to retain employees.
Worst time is the time off because you only get 2 hours per pay check so it takes forever just to have one day off
