VERY GENEROUS! Never didn't have "enough" time and you could borrow one weeks worth of leave!

3 weeks is fairly standard for vacation, but employees also get 120 hours of sick leave.

starting with 3 weeks of vacation no matter your experience. For people used to have 4-5 weeks of vacation because of years of service, you will only be given 3 weeks.

Statement above is incorrect...You get 120 hours/year. Which is constantly maintained as it is earned over time but can never exceed 200 hours.

200 hours /year can be transferred to next year if it does not exceed over 240hours

Last year the company shut down over the Christmas/New Year break without forcing us to use that time as our vacation leave as some (really awful) company's do (effectively giving us an extra week of vacation). If this continues is will make Medimmune's vacation policy the best I'm aware for any similar position in my field. I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars as I don't know if that policy is going to continue.

The only time I have had more time off is when I worked for the government.
