Health, vision, dental after 30 days. Company stock offered but it’s not that great. No 401k no bonuses.
Crappy insurance plans that they claim are amazing
Temp employees do not receive benefits but this is normal.
They have start up company benefits, Medical, Dental, Paid time off, some other perks. They are changing them regularly as they grow as a company. For 2019 I hear we are receiving and update in benefits.
This company says they offer competitive compensation packages but I'll let you know that's only true if you work at their corporate office in Culver City, California. In Nevada they only give employees 2 vacation days per year and AWFUL health insurance options (only 40% coinsurance). Maternity leave is unpaid medical leave of 30 days. Lunch is 30 minutes & access to food is only at a gas station nearby. They aren't going to improve this either. Employee discount - you can use it if you drive to Vegas or Southern California. Your personal phone is your work phone and they will pay you $20 a month. NOT COMPARABLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This company is a joke; great news coverage but its all smoking mirrors.
To clarify, work is to be done in the office, but remote work is allowed for special circumstances (health, sick one day, etc). Benefits that are available are great, but super disappointing that there is no 401k or retirement plan of any kind. 10 vacation days a year and 6 sick days. 3 skip days that do not roll over. paid holidays. A few more vacation days would be great as well, but more disappointed about the 401k. They do make up for this in salary though.
Benefits are good. Health insurance is good, pension plan will be a good thing to add which is missing
the worst thing is the company does not wont to pay much for any benefits package, or over all, if anything they are always shorting pay checks.
They provide 6 non pto days (3 skip, 3 sick). These are useful when you don't want to use your PTO or you've run out. You only get access to time off after your first 90 days. They will work with you, but it can be limiting for certain situations.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
