Health insurance is great and includes dental/vision. Much better than the insurance from state universities in Florida. 401k is matched up to 6% and is optional. Disability and life insurance is also available at reasonable rates. Mileage write-offs only start after the first 30 miles.
The raise the costs of all health insurance significantly and tell us that we should feel lucky they didn't up it more
They have a full benefits program including 401K with company match, medical , dental and vision. Short term disability, 6 paid holidays and about 4 weeks PTO for clinicians. They have a CEU stipend but do not have tuition reimbursement.
Great vacation plan. Salaried employees get 4 weeks and hourly employees get 3 weeks to begin with.
As a temp- you are not promised benefits, but are supposed to be made permanent after 3 months or have your contract terminated after the 3 months are up. MedOptions keeps temps (sometimes for over a year) without making them permanent and eligible for benefits, then fires them when they are done using them.
Health insurance is expensive
Aetna health insurance mostly paid by employee and only for FT employees. Holiday and paid time off for 32 hours or more but accrues at a slow rate. Have to ask off 30 days in advance and find your own coverage. No company perks and no raises.
