Great benefits package!! Especially if you get services through the hospital network.
You have generous PTO but depending on department have to use.
Employer match is modest I think
The salary is comparable to hospitals in the area,, but the health insurance is truly the best part of the package.
Health insurance is great if you go within the Medstar network. 22 days PTO your first 2 years, 32 for years 2-5 and 42 days for 5+ years of service. Match 50% of up to 6% of 401k contributions after 2(?) years.
Three insurance options including one with a zero deductible. 150$ a paycheck for my family plan. I'm full time.
nice place to work. good benefits
The MedStar Select insurance is great - yes, you need to use MedStar providers for the most part, but they are right there at your work, so you don't need to take too much time off for doctor appointments. It is really unfair that nurses get $6000 annual tuition reimbursement and everyone else gets only $2300.
PTO, paid vacations, professional develepemnt
Decent benefits, great insurance options
