The benefits were priced pretty reasonably. They offered a 401k plan . One thing I really liked was Medstar would match the amount paid toward your 401k. But the company would then take your money and disperse it toward stocks that would cause your $ to increase and decrease. So at the end of the year, you could be left with less than you actually paid into the account . Employee Tuition assistance program was great and paid for my prerequisites and 1st two years of college courses. Only stipulation is you must maintain a certain average, which was reasonable .
The best thing is the variety of benefits offered. They even have pet insurance.
Benefits were great, maternity leave options helped a great deal
Great benefits, especially time off.
Good health insurance, 403b, paid holidays, PTO time
I did not use the benefits medstar had to offer since i was only a part time employee and am still on my parents insurance and other such things.
Decent time off package but all bundled with sick leave.
Great PTO, Sick and PTO is combined, Standard Holiday Schedule, Benefits are decent but price goes up year over year, dental insurance changes all the time, there are no bonuses and it's hard to get a pay increase
Plenty of PTO, but never get a chance to use it
Great benefits, good options and nice discounts.
