    It was average but disappointing considering it was a healthcare company. High deductibles and very high monthly costs. Options were good to have if you could afford them.

    Great benefits package with the exception of the Obamacare. If that never took place then a lot of people would be able to actually go to the doctor. I don't go anymore because I cannot afford the high deductible that has to be met. So most of us are just struggling day-by-day until the Obamacare gets flushed out!

    The health insurance packages are pricey, and with the recent change you pay for EVERYTHING upfront until you hit your deductible (not just the co-pay). They do contribute to a HSA account which is helpful.

    Good 401 K, employer will match up to 10%, only have to wait until the 1st day of the first month following start date for benefits

    I didn't have any issue with the benefits program. I thought the match was a little low but the medical, dental, life etc. was pretty standard.

    The benefits package at THM is rotten. 401K is really (matching 25 cents to every dollar and fully vested after 6 years). There is no tuition assistance.
